We’re Liruss Virtual Business Services Ltd – a UK-based Virtual Assistant agency supporting busy business owners with smart, human, high-quality admin and operations support. Our small (but mighty) team is remote, friendly, and focused on making our clients’ lives easier. We’re growing steadily and now looking for a brilliant Sales & Marketing Assistant to help us stay visible, nurture leads and relationships, and keep our marketing efforts running like clockwork.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Excellent written communication skills (professional but warm tone)
  • Confident with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, MailerLite, Calendly and CRMs (or a fast learner!)
  • Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
  • Reliable and consistent – we’re looking for someone who’ll grow with us
  • Based in the UK with the right to work here

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an employed, part-time remote role for someone who’s proactive, confident with words, and great at managing the little details that keep a marketing machine ticking.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO and team to support all things visibility, engagement, lead generation and referral-based marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Send LinkedIn connection requests and lead gen messages (we’ll provide scripts)
  • Engage on posts within our network to maintain visibility
  • Draft and schedule posts for our LinkedIn pages (we like them human and helpful!)
  • Create simple graphics and freebies using Canva
  • Manage our in-house referral partner programme
  • Generate and track affiliate referrals to our BBB partner programme
  • Keep our CRM up to date and log follow-up tasks
  • Book discovery calls
  • Draft and send our weekly “Tuesday Tips” client email newsletter
  • Help organise and promote monthly VA Q&A clinics and other occasional events
  • Send onboarding gifts and collateral to new clients
  • Pull together weekly marketing and referral reports
