SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, sales support or content creation roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to define and refine buyer personas.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and a passion for storytelling.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite etc.).
  • Experience with PowerPoint presentation creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of LLMs, e.g. ChatGTP.
  • An interest in design and visuals and experience in asset creation using e.g. PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of the localisation industry or strong interest in the field.
  • English to native-speaker standard.
    While this position is primarily home-based, attendance at one of our UK offices will be required from time-to-time. It is therefore our preference that you are based in the UK, but we would also be happy to consider candidates from overseas who fit the above profile and can make travel arrangements as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor content strategies and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Assist in social media content planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing efforts.
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars, trade shows and networking opportunities.
