This is a high-growth, development-focused role for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility, exposure to revenue, and a clear pathway into sales, advising, marketing, or leadership. This role offers steep learning, visibility, and clear progression for the right person. You are the first point of contact for prospective families. You qualify leads, shape first impressions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across Crimson programmes. Alongside sales execution, you will support local marketing and brand initiatives in New Zealand. What are the main responsibilities for this role? Sales Development (Primary) Qualify inbound warm and hot leads via calls and written communication Manage and progress leads accurately through Salesforce Schedule consultations with Academic Advisors and senior leadership Track and follow up event-generated leads Maintain strong follow-up discipline and client experience standards Prepare concise fortnightly sales reports Continuously improve sales technique and admissions knowledge Marketing & Brand Support (Secondary) Support planning and delivery of local events, seminars, and school talks Assist with outreach at careers expos and community events Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and follow-up Support local marketing campaigns and partnerships What skills and experience are required? Background in customer service, sales, marketing, or customer success CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Education or professional services experience is a plus Admissions experience helpful but not required Strong communicator who builds rapport easily Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Coachable, resilient, and motivated to grow quickly Interest in education, people, and long-term impact Why work for Crimson?
