ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for executing processes in lead generation and prospecting * Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure data integrity in Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems * Support tradeshow creativities, schedules, travel/logistics while maintaining budget * Collaborate with external sales representatives, monitor activity and commission * Create, compile and analyze customer and industry trends using CRM and ERP data * Assist in coordination of sales initiatives, e-mail campaigning, website and advertising * Prepare sales and marketing documentation, reports and metrics for internal and external personnel KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Self-motivated and maintains a positive attitude * Highly organized and detail-oriented * A team enabler and great communicator * Adaptable to new tools, systems and processes * Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and data analytics WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
