OVERVIEW

Just Temptations is a Canadian wedding/custom cakes and desserts company based in the GTA. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, enhancing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service. We are not your average cake company, these cakes are considered high ticket items!

Duties:

• Obtain sales via cold calling, in person appointments, follow ups, etc.
• Preparing accurate quotes, invoices, and order sheets for orders.
• Updating orders sheets as customers make changes.
• Foster relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to achieve monthly sales targets
• Organizing cake tasting sessions and ensuring samples are ready and presented professionally.
• Attending bridal expos, maintaining social media presence, and promoting special offers or seasonal designs.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales, client interactions, and upcoming events.
• Being familiar with the bakery’s cake flavors, styles, sizes, customization options, pricing, and policies.
• BONUS: someone who is able to create Instagram reels of our decorators decorating cakes!

  Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
