The Marketing Associate is an upfront and hands-on representative of Mansions Senior Living Communities. They have extensive daily interaction with customers and the public on the company’s behalf. This position requires personnel to be professional, courteous, outgoing, compassionate, and at all times observe company policy. Must have excellent customer service & communication skills.
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, The Marketing Associate is responsible for phases of the sales and marketing process that will ensure occupancy and revenue growth consistent with community and competitive expectations and positioning. These areas include strategic market planning and execution of such plan, competitive intelligence, ability to relate with seniors and the adult child compassionately and be a good educator and influencer. The Marketing Associate must be able to manage event planning and outreach, advertising and social media as well as being creative with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm. They build deep connections with their prospects, residents, professional referral sources and their internal team.
Ideal candidate should have TWO or more years of experience in leasing, sales, marketing, hotel, hospitality, senior living or property management.

This should be done within budget guidelines by leveraging connections established both internally and externally to host educational as well as celebratory events to assure a positive return on investment of time and resources.
