We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Raheen. This is an office-based role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our business operations and contributing to the success of Cruzco Adventure.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus, but not the primary focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stay informed about industry trends and use insights to support business strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and gather feedback to improve services.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Organize and maintain marketing materials, sales data, and customer databases.
• Assist the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
