YOUR MISSIONS :

Business Analyst
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Ceva Animal Health is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated data analyst to support our North American Pet Retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and learning in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in helping organize, clean, and report on data that informs decisions in marketing, finance, and sales.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

• Assist in analyzing data related to marketing performance and sales trends
• Help prepare regular reports and dashboards for use by brand managers, sales teams, and finance
• Work closely with the Pet Retail Controller to gather data used in financial forecasting
• Compile and organize sales data from internal systems and retail partners
• Check and validate reports for accuracy and consistency
• Help document and maintain standard processes for reporting and data handling
• Support ad hoc projects and requests from the broader data & analytics team

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a data, reporting, or business support role (internships or co-ops also count)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
• Comfortable working with large data sets and learning new tools
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities
• Positive, collaborative attitude and interest in supporting teams across marketing and sales
• Experience with tools like SQL, Python, R, or Power BI is a plus, but not required

Travel Required:

• May travel once or twice a year for business meetings.
