As an Ultimate Business Partner with CAI-NJ, we work closely with HOA and apartment property managers to ensure their communities remain safe, code-compliant, and stress-free.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our relationships with HOA property managers and apartment management companies across NJ. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns. Associated with the property management field helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or property management relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with networking, presentations, and client follow-ups.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license (local travel required).

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and apartment management companies.
• Attend industry expos (CAI, NJAA, PAA, LEADS) and community events.
• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and site visits with managers.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns (postcards, emails, newsletters, LinkedIn).
• Maintain CRM (Pipedrive) with accurate activity logs and compliance tracking.
• Support sales pipeline growth with consistent outreach and follow-ups.
