We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on. Someone who can confidently lead our lead generation and sales conversion efforts while also overseeing marketing, content creation, and paid advertising.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, or a hybrid role (preferably in fitness/wellness)
• CRM and sales funnel experience
• 2+ years of social media creation experience (especially video, email, and storytelling)
• Experience with paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
