Description Role Description: As a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing efforts. This multifaceted role involves overseeing various sales and marketing operations aspects, including sales support, website maintenance, online listings management, signage, and printed collateral coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Detailed Responsibilities: The following are detailed descriptions of the job tasks involved with this position: Sales Operations (20%) Manage Lasso accounts, including setup, billing, and reporting. Conduct customer experience surveys, review follow-up actions, and provide monthly reporting. Coordinate NterNow services and deliver monthly reports. Conduct quarterly community and model home checks to ensure excellent customer experiences. Website Operations (40%) Maintain and update the company website to meet customer expectations. Upload and manage content, photos, virtual tours, videos, home listings, and blogs. Collaborate with the digital agency to coordinate new website features and enhancements. Maintain a feature backlog based on input from Sales, Leadership, and Marketing teams. Manage the Online Concierge, handling incoming leads and chats and assigning them to the Sales team. Perform monthly reporting and analysis using Google Analytics. Monitor and report on SEO performance monthly. Online Listings (20%) Coordinate MLS listings with a 3rd party company. Manage Zillow listings and other paid 3rd party listing services. Coordinate Google My Business local listings with a 3rd party agency. Provide regular reporting and analysis of digital listings. Signage and Printed Collateral (20%) Coordinate all community signage requirements with D&R Signs, including model home openings and construction signage. Collaborate with a graphic designer to manage marketing materials, such as price sheets, feature sheets, plat maps, city maps, and floor plans. Coordinate sales orders and schedule mail runs for the delivery of marketing materials in partnership with Roger Smith. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales and marketing operations, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong organization and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and analytics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays) required. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. .
