We specialize in corporate events, school fun fairs, university frosh events, fundraisers, brand activations, private parties, and more. Our offerings include arcade and sports equipment, AI photo booths, inflatables, casino tables, carnival games, food carts, and more.
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support – Work closely with the Director of Operations and President to provide administrative and strategic support as needed, assisting with various projects and company initiatives.
  • Sales Support & Business Development – Identify new clients, generate leads via LinkedIn, social media, and other online resources, and support our sales team with quotes and contracts.
  • Marketing & Social Media Management – Create and schedule content across all platforms, assist with newsletters, and develop seasonal marketing materials.
  • Event Operations & Logistics – Occasionally attend events as an operator or brand ambassador and assist with event planning logistics.
  • Client Communications & Admin – Support client inquiries, confirm event details, and coordinate performer bookings.
  • Technology & Website Updates – Learn to update our website, manage event details, and create engaging blog content.
