ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our marketing efforts, customer engagement, and sales coordination. This is a great opportunity to work with AI-driven tools and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use AI tools to manage social media posts, respond to comments, and boost engagement.
• Plan and execute email/text marketing campaigns to existing customers
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
• Design marketing materials (digital and print)
• Support sales and installation scheduling and coordination
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Learn and explore new AI technologies for daily marketing and customer operations
