POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role combines sales, marketing, and client relations to help grow our business and maintain high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using email, phone, and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Experience in the moving or logistics industry is an asset but not required

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Contact companies and organizations to establish future moving contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Create and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Follow up with leads and provide accurate quotes for moving services
• Track sales performance and meet monthly targets
• Represent Prestige Moving’s brand professionally in all interactions
