Description
Summary: Trailer Bridge is looking for an energetic, talented, and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator.  The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with market research, providing marketing and sales support, lead generation, and trade show coordination support. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to collaborate across organizational departments to support overall company goals.   Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and manage the company’s HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records for all prospects and customers, including data entry related to business development activities. * Support the sales team with lead generation efforts by researching and identifying prospective customers using tools such as Revenue Vessel, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed. * Conduct account and contact research to identify key decision-makers, build organizational profiles, and support outbound prospecting efforts. * Manage inbound website leads from TrailerBridge.com, including tracking form submissions, entering data into HubSpot, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up. * Assist with lead management processes, including assigning leads within HubSpot, maintaining data integrity, and supporting pipeline organization. * Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and marketing performance, including weekly and monthly reporting on MQLs, SQLs, and campaign effectiveness. * Support market research initiatives to identify new business opportunities using sources such as trade show lists, port data, and industry insights. * Assist with trade show and event planning, coordination, and execution, as well as other sales-related conferences. * Provide support in the development and coordination of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. * Handle administrative tasks for the marketing team, including processing invoices, ordering promotional materials, and managing supplies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to support overall business development objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Manage administrative tasks related to the marketing department including billing, ordering of supplies/promotional items, etc. * Other duties as assigned.   Qualifications: * Experience and education related to business, marketing, communications or related fields * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills * Quick thinkers who make sound and efficient decisions * Sharp attention to detail * Energetic and positive attitude * Team members who model and support TB’s upbeat culture * Consistently model and encourage the TB12 - Trailer Bridge’s core values A few Benefits we currently offer: * Medical, Dental & Vison Coverage * Mental Health Coverage * 401k, Life Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance * Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account * Generous PTO Plan & Paid Holidays * Class Pass Credits * Opportunity for internal career advancement * Mentorship & Leadership Development Programs       EEO/AA Institution.
