Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that maximize revenue across all segments—group, corporate, leisure, and catering.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales and Marketing team, cultivating a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, social media presence, and brand storytelling to align with property goals and the OTH brand voice.
  • Drive market awareness and business growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and participation in industry events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Manage the hotel’s marketing calendar, media buys, promotions, and public relations initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, meeting planners, and local organizations to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management, Operations, and Brand teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and guest experience touchpoints.
  • Oversee CRM and reporting tools to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Serve as brand champion for the property, ensuring all sales and marketing materials reflect our identity and Unscripted Hospitality culture.
