REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or household appliances.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the household appliances sector . This role is ideal for someone passionate about consumer products, eager to build strong client relationships, and skilled in driving both sales growth and brand visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and market the company’s range of household appliances to retailers, distributors, and end-users.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Manage existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
