David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Danish speaking Sales & Marketing Executive for their Barcelona office. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Build strong client and agency relationships through tailored digital marketing strategies that drive performance. Deliver consultative guidance to help customers optimize advertising investments and improve ROI. Identify opportunities to promote additional digital marketing solutions that support business growth. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Engage proactively with clients via phone, video meetings, and email to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention. REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Native/fluent Danish proficiency and strong command of English (minimum B2). 1–2 years of experience in sales or online advertising. Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube. Excellent communication, time management, and analytical abilities. Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a goal-driven and customer-focused mindset. Genuine passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
