Roles & Responsibilities

AL ANDALUS NOVA GROUP OF COMPANIES is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our UAE team.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of UAE experience, preferably in the Events & Exhibitions industry, with strong skills in business development, lead generation, client management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities within the UAE Events & Exhibitions market.

Develop and maintain relationships with exhibitors, corporate clients, event organizers, and agencies.

Promote exhibition stands, event solutions, fabrication, and related services.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up with prospects.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports.

Support social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and site visits when required.

Coordinate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience. Events & Exhibitions experience is required or strongly preferred. Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. Strong lead-generation and client-conversion skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of exhibition stands, fabrication, production, and installation is an advantage. Experience in social media and digital marketing. Creative, proactive, organized, and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and under pressure. UAE driving license is preferred.
