We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of this aspect of the business. This includes driving bookings, delivering exceptional client service and supporting our seasonal sales & revenue targets.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or events coordination role – ideally within the wedding or hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and bring forward new ideas.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess performance, identify patterns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Confident in delivering persuasive sales presentations and tours.
  • Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM or booking systems (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Sales & Marketing Executive you will be responsible for implementing all elements of the sales and marketing plan, managing enquiries, conducting venue viewings and converting prospects into confirmed bookings. Your ability to respond promptly, professionally and with genuine enthusiasm is vital to the success of this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement the venue’s sales & marketing plan across online and offline channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all wedding and corporate event enquiries via email and phone.
  • Qualify leads and convert enquiries into scheduled viewings.
  • Host and deliver engaging personalised viewings of Farleigh House.
  • Schedule, plan and deliver seasonal events for both the weddings and corporate events.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their event vision and requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Support the business in achieving and exceeding seasonal sales targets.
  • Take initiative in identifying new sales opportunities, improving enquiry processes, and enhancing guest experiences.
  • Reflect regularly on sales performance and enquiry outcomes, using data and feedback to refine approaches and tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, viewings, and bookings within the CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content, social media campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Attend wedding fairs, showcases, and networking events as a representative of Farleigh House.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and preferred suppliers to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Weekly reporting on performance including analysis and recommendations.
