  • Solid understanding of tendering processes and quantity surveying practices
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development (BD) team by preparing bid proposals and tender submission documents
  • Manage departmental administrative tasks, including scheduling internal meetings and maintaining business registrations and timelines
  • Assist in creating and updating marketing content such as company profiles, brochures, technical notes, and presentations
  • Organize and manage key documentation, including templates, workflows, and project records
  • Prepare and update monthly sales and marketing performance reports
  • Coordinate with external insurance brokers and clients to meet insurance and bonding requirements for secured projects and company coverage
  • Perform administrative duties to support partnerships with technology and solution providers
  • Maintain effective and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide logistical and coordination support for workshops, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions
