QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in Events Company.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Skills in producing charts, icons, logos, tables, plots & flowcharts
  • Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

    Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conducted product presentations, negotiated contracts, and closed deals.
  • Monitor sales data and report performance to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide with the new scope of projects as per the new trends in the market.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing team, such as SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
  • Plan and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
