1. Market Research and Project Identification

• Research potential clients, developers, contractors, interior design companies, and fit-out companies across the UAE.
• Identify new and ongoing projects related to joinery, fit-out, furniture, and décor.
• Gather project details, contact information, and potential business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation and Client Management

• Identify potential clients and develop a database of leads and projects.
• Contact new and existing clients to introduce services and explore business opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, upcoming projects, and client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

3. Client Outreach and Registration

• Send introductory emails, make calls, and arrange client meetings.
• Coordinate vendor registration and prequalification with clients and developers.
• Follow up on submitted documents and registration approvals.

4. Hotel and Hospitality Projects

• Identify 3-star and 4-star hotels requiring renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, joinery, and furniture works.
• Research hotels under construction and upcoming hospitality projects.
• Contact hotel management, procurement teams, and relevant decision-makers to explore opportunities.

5. Site Visits and Client Meetings

• Arrange site visits, factory visits, and meetings with potential clients.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new projects and business opportunities.
• Attend client meetings, record discussions, and follow up on agreed actions.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on market research, client outreach, project updates, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client databases, project trackers, and meeting reports.
• Share progress updates and potential business opportunities with management.

7. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client communications, project updates, and follow-up activities.
• Complete additional market research, lead generation, and business development tasks assigned by management.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
