SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

They are currently hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive in their Head Office in Dublin City Centre.

• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Identify and target potential customers through both traditional and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients and close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated through social media campaigns and marketing efforts.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
• Create engaging content for social media that supports lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase sales effectiveness.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support the sales funnel.
• Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.) to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and work with the marketing team to refine strategies based on results.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain an organized CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media practices.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market conditions, and new product/service opportunities.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, using analytics to track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Generate regular reports on social media metrics, sales performance, and campaign results.
• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation’s office in conjunction with the reservations team to ensure all duties are carried out in an effective and efficient manner
• Organisation and planning of corporate events and group reservations Hold site inspections with prospective clients Maintain and create long lasting relationships with Destination Management Companies
• Ensure all telephone / e-mail traffic is monitored and reservations are appropriately recorded and responded to
• Create function sheets for events and liaise with General Managers/Head Chefs in each venue
• Liase with the Accounts Department
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Handle all the administration for weddings and events and to participate in client meetings, assisting couples with their planning and handling all email and phone correspondence.
