As we look to the future, we have ambitious and exciting development plans underway, including the addition of new guest bedrooms and the creation of exclusive wedding and conference facilities. To support this next phase, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our brand visibility, grow our customer base, and elevate our sales performance across all key segments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with CRM and email marketing tools is an advantage.
• Local knowledge of the area, as well as an interest in tourism, weddings, and events, is beneficial.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Avalon House Hotel across all key segments – weddings, events, accommodation, food & beverage, and group business. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills.
