REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in the food industry.
• Experience selling to food producers is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s licence.
• Strong sales initiative, communication, and marketing skills.
• Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and expand sales accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities and execute sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with logistics for delivery schedules and manage driver team compliance.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance appraisals of drivers.
• Perform deliveries and other tasks as assigned.
