The 4* Westport Hotel Group are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our sales team to help us achieve our goals. You will join a vibrant team and be responsible for creating the digital contact accross the Group.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with strong digital marketing expertise to join our team. This role combines traditional sales and marketing responsibilities with a focus on leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital campaign management, social media strategy, website optimisation, and content creation, alongside the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate, leisure, and event clients.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, Google Ads, display advertising).
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure content is fresh, accurate, and SEO-optimised.
  • Create engaging content (copy, images, videos, reels) tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms to make data-driven decisions.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Coordinate marketing activities to support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, and influencers as required.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and collateral.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and sales activity.
  • Assist with budget tracking for sales and marketing activities.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a digital marketing-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Basic photography and videography skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or events industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Revinate, Hotsoft, D-Edge and Avio
