IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

ROLE OVERVIEW

Mercor is hiring seasoned Sales & Marketing professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. The role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems built to mimic real-world Sales & Marketing workflows. You’ll help train, test, and calibrate AI agents on complex tasks, such as lead prospecting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate sales & marketing outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy
• Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as campaign generation and performance analysis
• Create sales & marketing assets such as onboarding playbooks, interview guides, and campaign ideas
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems
