Focused on creating and presenting enterprise-level analysis, insights, and reporting on Sales and Marketing performance to drive significant performance growth in Sales and Marketing. To deliver on that focus area, this role must support BI development by analyzing data, providing direction/requirements of new enhancements, pushing the team and org to explore and develop new metrics/data and integrating into reporting systems. This role also requires the ability to influence Sales and Marketing leaders in their efforts to drive robust decisions and strategies via active consulting and insight delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Data-driven Strategic Insights and Guidance – work collaboratively with stakeholders across CMG to provide insightful analyses of Sales and Marketing performance that accurately and consistently evaluates the success of Sales and Marketing efforts. Actively deliver data driven insights via presentations and other communication methods in a timely and complete manner that enables solid leadership decisions and supports formation of key strategies
  • Ad hoc report development – collaborate with leadership, BI, and other Client and Insights team members to rapidly develop ad hoc reports, with strong preference in Power BI, that once delivered and adopted can be transitioned to other teams for automation and management.
  • Driving Marketing Analytics Advancement – plays a key part of the marketing analytics team in identifying gaps in our data capture, insights delivery, and CMG needs. Works closely with the Client and Insights and BI teams to influence the advancement of the analytics function by speaking on behalf of the CMG stakeholder needs for reporting access, automation, and education and works with the team to advance the function by solving for those needs.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or economics, preferred, an MBA is a plus

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

  • Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation tools (i.e. Eloqua), required
  • Confident presenter of detailed demand gen information and data-driven recommendations to leaders and other stakeholders, required
  • Sound understanding of measurements and metrics applicable to digital marketing and sales, preferred
  • Highly skilled user of PowerPoint, required
  • Experience developing ad hoc reports with Power BI, preferred
  • Experienced analyst with an understanding of how they can support successful business decisions, required
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and consult effectively with employees at all levels, required
  • Comfortable working and collaborating with team members virtually, required

EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role, required
  • 2+ years of Marketing, Communications or related experience, preferred
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple items at various stages, required
  • Marketing experience within a professional services environment, preferred
  • Experience with marketing performance reporting, preferred
  • Experience developing and presenting ad hoc analyses and reports with business leaders by leveraging PowerPoint and Power BI, required

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
    Compensation Range: $84,500 - $123,00
