Role and Responsibilities The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team supporting Stranger Soccer Sarajevo, assisting with sales, marketing, and social media initiatives to grow the local player community. • Supporting customer engagement and helping convert interest into active players through outreach and communication. • Coordinating and executing various tasks related to marketing and community growth, such as social media content, player communications, responses to inquiries, and game promotion. The candidate will: • Gain experience in sales support, marketing, and social media execution in a real-world startup environment • Gain confidence in communicating and engaging with customers and players • Gain practical exposure in customer engagement and community growth in a sports-based platform • Gain understanding of how Stranger Soccer builds and grows its player community in a new market Good knowledge of social media platforms and content trends Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn Friendly, positive attitude and a team player Passion for football is a BIG PLUS Other details Position is for student or recent graduate based in Sarajevo Work for 2–3 days per week (3–4 hours per day)
