We are on the lookout for: Job vacancy: Sales & Marketing Lead In this role, you will: Develop and implement strategic marketing and commercial in collaboration with Marketing SBU and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen the Business Banking value proposition, elevate customer experience, ensure strong market positioning, and support customer acquisition and retention across segments; Work collaboratively with the different SBUs/ BUs/sections to understand value proposition and translate these insights into effective sales strategies to meet customers’ needs holistically and drive commercial results; Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute innovative ideas to brand plans; ensuring Business Banking stands out as a leading partner for entrepreneurs and businesses; Work collaboratively with the MI team to analyse market share, customer behaviors, competitive intelligence, and market potential with the aim of strengthening contact management strategy to tap into new business opportunities; Plan, coordinate and manage commercial and sales-driven initiatives to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards and budget; Monitor and measure the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns and commercial activities/ events, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management relevant stakeholders; Ensure that Business Banking SBU is well represented in fairs/events; going beyond logistics by leading event content, hosting engagements, representing the SBU externally, and strengthening the segment’s brand visibility and thought leadership; Participate in the annual budgeting planning exercise and contribute to the development of KPIs to monitor segment sales performance; including acquisition funnels, lead conversion ratios, and commercial productivity indicators; Monitor costs/expenses incurred by the different commercial activities and events against set budget and report same to Management; Identify product training needs and develop product related programmes to strengthen commercial capability across teams; run training sessions using prepared content to support frontline effectiveness; Work in collaboration with HOBB/Management team to improve the Business Banking brand in different innovative media, digital channels, content formats, and customer engagement approaches; To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies: Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems; Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals; Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
