Location: Sydney Support Centre
Duration: Maximum 8–12 weeks
Hours: Full-time or part-time (20–25 hours per week)
Levande is one of Australia’s leading retirement living providers, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-focused professional to join our Sales & Marketing team temporarily.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of keeping our property listings accurate, timely, and visually appealing across multiple platforms. Your work will directly support our Sales Professionals, ensuring they have the behind-the-scenes administrative and coordination support they need to keep sales moving.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update property listings across platforms including realestate.com.au, Domain, Villages, and Levande websites.
  • Ensure all listing updates are actioned within 24–48 hours of request.
  • Edit and upload marketing images and materials (e.g. floorplans, virtual furniture) using Canva and BoxBrownie.
  • Organise and maintain listing records in a centralised Share Folder for easy access.
  • Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on REA, Domain, Villages, Downsizing, and Contentful.
  • Provide general sales administration support as needed.
