Role OverviewWe are seeking an English-fluent, highly organised, and results-driven Brand Strategist & Marketing Lead to develop, execute, and manage brand positioning and marketing strategies for both AX Creative and our clients. You’ll be a strategic thinker who thrives on fresh ideas, while also being hands-on with the day-to-day. This is not a role for someone who needs micromanaging — we need a self-starter who can deliver, adapt, and push projects forward.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • English fluency (spoken and written) – essential for crafting high-impact messaging.
  • 4+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or communications (agency experience preferred). - Time not relevant.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience with cold email campaigns, lead generation, and outbound marketing.
  • Ability to generate fresh, creative campaign ideas that align with strategic goals.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently without supervision.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving tools and strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing).
