REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Gender Requirement: Female candidate (as per company hiring preference).
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales management in Dubai/UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate sales platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager (Female) with solid experience in UAE real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a team of sales executives, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management in alignment with UAE real estate market benchmarks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in line with UAE real estate market standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Oversee sales negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations and other UAE real estate laws.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that attract qualified leads.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of project offerings, payment plans, and competitive positioning.
