Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager for Pipeline Products to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive demand, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role focuses on products and solutions related to pipeline infrastructure, including monitoring systems, valves, coatings, flow control equipment, and integrity management solutions. The ideal candidate has deep market knowledge, a strong technical understanding of pipeline systems, and a proven track record in B2B marketing within industrial, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in pipeline, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline technologies, infrastructure challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for industry events and customer meetings.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Technical background or familiarity with pipeline integrity, flow systems, or SCADA.
  • Global marketing experience in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market segmentation, and ROI tracking.

  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Work closely with Product Management to support new product launches.
  • Create technical and commercial collateral (brochures, datasheets, presentations).
  • Define pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Campaign Development
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, trade shows, and print media.
  • Manage content creation, including case studies, white papers, blogs, and videos.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
  • Support regional and global sales teams with product knowledge and lead generation tools.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and sales pipeline contribution.
  • Customer & Market Insight
  • Engage with customers, channel partners, and industry experts to gain insights.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the brand.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and technological advancements affecting pipeline systems.
