We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, expand our retail presence, and strengthen our market positioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years FMCG sales & marketing experience in the UAE (experience in food, beverage, or health supplements preferred).
• Proven track record of market development and retail expansion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in the UAE & GCC.
• Identify and open new markets, retail stores, and distribution channels.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales & merchandising team.
• Manage participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Develop strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Drive brand visibility, digital campaigns, and trade promotions in alignment with marketing strategy.
