Position: Sales & Marketing Manager - Micawber Tavern
Salary: $75k plus super
We are on the hunt for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our brand initiatives and drive engagement across Micawber Tavern. Based in Belgrave, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape campaigns, build brand awareness, and execute innovative marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have hospitality industry experience.
  • Proficient in social media management and content strategy.
  • Skilled in Meta Ads with experience running targeted campaigns.
  • Strong EDM writing skills, creating engaging email campaigns.
  • Experience in special event marketing and campaign execution.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Must have own car for occasional travel between venues.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and venue success. You will work closely with venue managers and the leadership team to implement innovative campaigns and maintain a strong presence across digital and traditional marketing channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that maximise revenue, foster customer loyalty, and strengthen the brand’s reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive engagement and bookings.
  • Write and design effective EDMs to communicate promotions and events.
  • Plan and execute special event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance.
  • Analyze marketing performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales targets to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our brand and increase product consumption through innovative campaigns.
  • Strengthen and reinforce brand identity to build long-term customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Implement strategies to enhance and maintain the organisation’s reputation with customers, investors, and the broader public.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to align marketing with business goals.
