Description
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Sales & Marketing function to ensure maximum revenue, profitability, and delivery of the strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team & Financial Controller to plan annual sales & marketing budgets for each property.
  • Undertake sales activities including face-to-face client meetings, contracting & rate negotiations, site inspections, trade events, client entertainment, and sales trips.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tour operators to drive room revenue.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and forecasting alongside the Leadership and Revenue Manager.
  • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns for each property.
  • Oversee website management, SEO, link-building, and content creation.
  • Develop and deliver content plans across social media, email campaigns, press releases, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor and manage the Collection’s online reputation (Google, social media), ensuring timely and professional responses to all feedback.
  • Manage third-party partnerships with PR, design, print, advertising, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Organise and participate in photoshoots for new Installations, maintaining an organised digital library.
  • Identify and implement brand partnership opportunities.
  • Propose and deliver new sales campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Promote the brand via , identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
  • Represent NCE at trade shows and consumer events, and coordinate promotional activities .
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a Group Sales & Marketing role within a hotel or hospitality group.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on, energetic approach.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and opportunities.
