EDUCATION:

  • An MBA, advanced in Sales &, Marketing is required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful Sales & Marketing experience preferably in the dental or medical devices industry preferred, with demonstrated success driving efficient and profitable operations.
  • Advanced Experience working with Salesforce and MS Office.

SKILLS:

  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Excellent management, communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Team player, ability to work well and be flexible
    The compensation structure is commensurate with skills and experience. And Performance based incentives.

    Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, sales processes and best practices across the departments focused both on financial goals(KPI) and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, monitor and report Sales & Marketing metrics to senior team members and present action plans to address opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss growth strategies and present action plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products/services and coordinate with business partners to share professional knowledge by organizing educational seminars and participate in networking events and trade shows.
  • Manage existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of agency relationships, including selection, negotiation and billing issues related to the design and production of web development, print advertising, newsletters, brochures, direct mail, telemarketing, trade show exhibits, and seminars.
  • Generate new leads, identify, contact and visit decision-makers (Dentists) to promote the company’s products/services and values.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Maintain successful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Create and manage the annual budget for the department.
  • Manage and coach sales, customer service and marketing teams to execute successfully the company’s strategies and develop plans to improve their skills and performance.
  • Administrator for Salesforce to evaluate the sales and marketing team’s activities through reviewing dashboards and reports.
  • Organize Study Groups and Continuing Education seminars in house and on line, create presentations and effectively use tools such as Skype, Zoom and Teams to broadcast the seminars to the doctors.
  • Advance in marketing, Digital Marketing SEO, Optimization Market, Research Creative Writing, Graphic Design, Web Design.
