Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to support and accelerate growth in our organization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales and marketing within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution, improve processes, and enable revenue growth. This role provides high visibility, hands-on experience, and a pathway into broader commercial leadership roles. Key Job Responsibilities Support & Execution Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to track performance, manage forecasts, and support key account initiatives Assist in coordinating pricing, promotions, and program rollouts across retail and distribution channels Support new product development, product launches, and ensure readiness across internal teams and customers Participate in key customer meetings and trade show events as needed Drive improvement of content creation to enhance customer experience Assist with product change management Social media and website management Analytics & Reporting Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market performance to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review Provide actionable insights to improve product lines and sales profitability Maintain competitive analysis to support customer initiatives Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance Assist in demand planning and inventory alignment with customer needs Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives Requirements Experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint Excellent communication and organizational skills Additional preferred experience includes: *Experience using graphic and design software *Managing corporate social media accounts
