As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Female Sales & Marketing Project Manager who can lead initiatives, drive results, and help us scale across key regions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a female Sales & Marketing Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience managing sales and marketing campaigns specifically targeting the European and Western markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and preferably the ability to speak or understand Russian and any European languages.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing project management focused on European and Western markets
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English
  • Ability to speak or understand Russian and at least one other European language is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of sales and marketing projects across European and Western regions
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team with a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Develop market-entry strategies, lead generation campaigns, and customer acquisition funnels tailored to each region
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and prepare strategic reports and recommendations for executive management
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all projects and campaigns
  • Represent the company in international expos, B2B meetings, webinars, and client presentations
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure effective use of resources
  • Use CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools to monitor, report, and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Assist with communication or negotiations involving Russian-speaking or other European language-speaking partners, when needed
