Job Description:
Asyak Group is currently seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry, with a passion for customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Promote the brand and services across digital and offline platforms
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• UAE experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
