Quality Homemakers Inc. provides trusted Caregiver and Personal Support Worker (PSW) services across the Greater Toronto Area. We assist seniors and families with in-home care, hospital support, long-term care (LTC), and retirement home services. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Representative who understands the healthcare sector and can help expand our client base through relationship-building and outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the home care or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of in-home care, hospital care, LTC, and retirement home operations.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the GTA.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote caregiver services.
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, LTC facilities, retirement homes, and community organizations.
  • Conduct outreach to families and healthcare professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Attend networking events, community fairs, and healthcare expos to represent Quality Homemakers.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and print) targeting seniors and families.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and client acquisition metrics.
