Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners in Dubai.
2. Identify new sales opportunities and actively acquire new customers.
3. Present and promote the company's products and services to potential and existing customers.
4. Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
7. Negotiate with customers and support the closing of sales deals.
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
9. Support marketing activities and contribute to the company's growth in the UAE market.
10. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
5. Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
6. Experience in field sales and customer visits is preferred.
7. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
8. Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
9. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
10. Indian or Nepali nationality preferred.
11. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
