JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales & Marketing Manager (MICE) at Dynasty Travel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing high-quality MICE events for corporate clients. You will oversee the full spectrum of event planning and coordination while developing new business opportunities through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, project management, and business development capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in MICE, event management, or corporate sales within the travel, hospitality, or event industry
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, proposal writing, and successful event delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities; capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems and event management tools is an advantageWillingness to travel locally or overseas and work outside normal hours during event periods
