SALES & MARKETING STRATEGY

• Develop and implement an integrated, data-driven sales and marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and student acquisition across local and global markets.
• Launch and manage innovative branding initiatives and cross-channel campaigns (digital, print, events) to reinforce institutional reputation and attract high-calibre students.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in sales and marketing within the education sector, ideally in a private institution.
• Proven track record of driving student enrolment growth through strategic initiatives, targeted campaigns, and market-specific approaches.
• Demonstrated experience in building and expanding international student markets, including managing global recruitment channels, partnerships, and in-country representatives.
• Deep understanding of the global education landscape and evolving needs of international students, with awareness of regional market trends and challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective recruitment and marketing strategies.Strategic thinker with exceptional influencing, negotiation, and leadership abilities; capable of leading diverse, cross-cultural teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.
