COORDINATION OF EDUCATION EVENTS WITH GENERAL SUPERVISION

• Grant requests, tracking
• Communication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance – invitations,

travelling arrangements

• Administration of sponsorships
• Event logistics – hotels, service providers, materials, booth planning & prep
• Invoice management
• Budget management
• Safeguard internal and external compliance together with sales team
