Sales & Marketing Specialist

• Location: Mt. Pleasant, PA
• Payrate: $22 per hour+
• Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist who is not only eager to learn our services but thrives on building trusted relationships and driving growth through strategic, ethical outreach. We work in the Aging Social Services sector, where traditional marketing tactics (e.g., social media, mass emails) are less effective. Instead, success comes from targeted networking, referrals, and intentional follow-up.
This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, personable, and eager to learn our solutions, while also being unafraid to lead conversations, uncover opportunities, and build long-term trust with agencies, partners, and prospects.

• Build and manage relationships with prospects and customers through strategic communication – phone, web demos, conferences, regional meetings, conferences, etc.
• Conduct professional product demos and onboarding sessions.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities at the regional and state levels.
• Research target markets and build outreach strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored marketing and sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks in Salesforce CRM.
