POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role is focused on outreach and relationship-building with agencies across the country—including probation departments, courts, mental health providers, and community organizations. The goal is to expand awareness and utilization of our programs and services, ensuring that offenders in need of treatment are connected with the resources we provide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or outreach (healthcare, mental health, or criminal justice experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and engaging decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for helping individuals succeed and reducing recidivism through effective treatment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls to probation offices, court systems, mental health providers, and other agencies nationwide.
  • Present and explain Faithful Foundations Therapy’s services, highlighting benefits for clients and justice system partners.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agency contacts to increase referrals and program utilization.
  • Track outreach efforts, maintain accurate records of communications, and follow up consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for program partnerships and expansion.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of both criminal justice and behavioral health needs.
