JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist Reports To: Director of Sales & Strategic Operations Location: Norcross, GA, Hybrid or Remote (US based) Salary/Hourly Rate: starting at 66,560 Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for our SaaS supplier management platform and IT training offerings (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO, PMP). The Sales & Marketing Specialist will support lead generation, campaign execution, and basic client communication across our business units: IBEX, NectariQ, and IBEX ED. This hands-on, dual-role opportunity combines tactical marketing work with sales outreach and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: Marketing – Primary Focus (~60–70%) Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, landing pages) Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce) Write/edit marketing content across platforms (social, web, email, ads) Coordinate webinar promotion, client outreach, and event marketing Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. Support content updates to the IBEX website and digital platforms Sales Support – Secondary Focus (~30–40%) Assist in outreach and engagement with leads generated via campaigns or partner activity Help qualify leads and schedule meetings for internal sales team Maintain accurate CRM records and support proposal follow-up Support development of sales materials, pitch decks, and collateral 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client-facing roles required 2-4 years of B2B sales & marketing experience required Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, or similar tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment Self-starter with a collaborative mindset Interest in mission-driven work (government, health, education, equity) Strong proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and online software applications. Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with others. Must have current US work authorization. Work Environment and Physical Demands: This role is predominantly remote. Attendance at events may be required. Ability to commute to the home office in Norcross, GA may be required. The attire worn should always ensure employees’ safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts, and closed-toe shoes as required).
